At SOUL Dining, we bring Korea’s most iconic flavours into a contemporary lens, and for Vivid 2025, we’re turning up the volume.
This year, we’re proud to collaborate with Jongga, Korea’s No. 1 kimchi brand and a global leader in fermented foods. Known for its commitment to tradition, quality, and innovation, Jongga brings over 30 years of expertise to our kitchen. Together, we’re showcasing the diversity and versatility of kimchi in a new light — with a few unexpected twists.
Expect bold ideas, refined execution, and a little bit of surprise in every dish. Available throughout the festival period, our Vivid Menu showcases seasonal produce, creative pairings (including a full non-alcoholic option), and dishes that glow with personality — just like the city outside.
