By Sang, the beloved Japanese restaurant at Green Square led by Chef Sang Park, joins forces with SOUL Dining’s Chef Daero Lee for a collaboration that’s been years in the making. Both are husband-and-wife teams, each raising a young son and running family-owned restaurants built on friendship, respect, and a shared love of craftsmanship.
For one evening only, they’ll bring together the best of Korean and Japanese flavours in a special menu that celebrates family, culture, and connection.

Snacks: Two by Daero, two by Sang
Entree: Korean and Japanese raw fish and condiments with vegetable wraps
Main: Korean and Japanese marinated Wagyu steak with claypot white rice, banchan, and tsukemono
Dessert: Monaka with matcha ice cream with anko & Yakgwa cookie sandwish with cinnamon ice cream
